Jen and Russ family session at Friendship Park, San Pedro.

See the header on this blog? That child was just a few months old. (Edit Note: The header of this blog has been changed since this has been written) Now he is one and big! Everytime I see him he is just full of smiles. His mother wanted to do a family portrait session for Christmas cards. We headed up to Friendship park in San Pedro. It was a bit nippy, but the overcast sky provided excellent lighting conditions for my style. We weren’t there long, but I was happy with the shots we got. The best part was finding an old door from the old barracks used during the World War 2. It was welded shot, but had awesome character. Posing them in front of it was so much fun. Not what you would expect at a park.

We got to hang out afterwards and have some spaghetti. I took some shots of the kids at home in their natural environment. I love documenting natural life fun. I’m going to miss this family. They will be moving to Fresno next month. Such awesome friends!
